Frequently asked.

How do you price a build?
By scope, not by hour. After the scoping call you get a written number and a delivery window. That number does not move unless the scope does — and scope only changes if you change it.
Does the $997 audit credit apply to builds?
No. The audit fee credits toward your first month of AI Concierge, within 30 days of your audit. It does not credit toward builds. The audit is still the smartest first step for most builds — it is how we find the highest-payback thing to build first.
Do I need an audit before a build?
Usually, and we will tell you when you do not. If you come to us with one tightly defined problem — “our leads go cold because nobody follows up” — we can often scope straight from the Discovery Call.
What happens if it breaks?
Thirty days of fixes are included in every build. After that, you have the documentation to run it, and we are a call away if you would rather we handle changes.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Every prompt, workflow, automation, and document, built inside your own accounts. Nothing is hosted on our side, and nothing stops working if we part ways.
What tools do you build in?
Your existing stack wherever possible: Claude, ChatGPT, your CRM, your email platform, Google Workspace, Zapier, Make, n8n. If a build genuinely needs a new tool, we say so in the scope — with the monthly cost attached.
